Violation of any of these terms will result in termination of your Account.

You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

Registration Terms

You must provide your full name, email address, and other information requested in order to complete the registration.

You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.

You are responsible for the security of your account and password.

You may not use the service for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

You are responsible for all content posted to your account and any activity occurring under your account.

Payment and Subscription

A valid credit/debit card or Paypal account is required for paying accounts.

The service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, according to your choice of billing plan. We provide no refunds for unused periods of service.

Alternatively, we may accept BACS/Direct Bank payment. However, payment must be agreed (for example, verbally or via email) beforehand. With BACS/Direct Bank payments, services cannot be provided until payment has been received.

Cancellation or downgrade of your Inventory Egg account may result in unavailability or loss of data. However, we would endeavour to inform you of impending loss of data in such cases.

Cancellation and Termination

Following cancellation of your account, your content will be deleted within 2 weeks of cancellation date.

Following non-payment of monthly or yearly fees, your data will be deleted within 30 days. However, we'll enedeavour to contact you prior to deletion to confirm.

Inventory Egg has the right to suspend or terminate your account.

Updates to Service and Pricing

Inventory Egg reserves the right to modify or discontinue, our service. However, we'll endeavour to contact users to provide warning and access/export of data.

Prices of our services, are subject to change upon 60 days notice from us.

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you upload to the Service.

The design and user interfaces of the App and Website are copyright © 2021 Inventory Egg. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of our own content or documentation without express written permission from Inventory Egg.

Use of storage, network and bandwidth

Certain functions provided by our service may, at times, require a network connection. These functions include transfer of data and images for reports to/from our server (Backup, Submit or Fetch Report) from/to the app, app updates and data (settings/keywords) sync, and Speech-To-Text. Where you need to use any of these functions, we recommend the use of Wifi. However, where no Wifi is avaiable, it may be that your device resorts to using mobile broadband which may incur a cost. It is your responsibility to monitor your bandwidth usage and to be aware of any costs involved.

If your usage of bandwidth to our servers or of our file/image/data storage is deemed by us as excessive, we reserve the right to request an upgrade of your account to meet your requirements.

The app provides the option to store a copy of photos/images taken for a report, in the Gallery/Album of your device. We recommend only activating this option where required, since it would otherwise unnecessarily occupy storage space on your device.

The app provides image compression settings in order to optimise use of storage space and bandwidth whilst producing adequate image quality. We recommend the medium (Med) setting for adequate image quality and normal use of storage space and bandwidth.

Content

You copy, modify, republish, or distribute any of our copyrighted material without the express written permission of Inventory Egg.

We have the right to remove material and content that we deem to be unlawful, threatening, offensive, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or infringing copyright.

You must not transmit any code or viruses of a destructive or malicious nature.

Inventory Egg reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service without notice.

Additional functions and features shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

You should regularly review Terms of Service although we'll endeavour to provide notifications of changes on the website.
